Our story starts with our two founding fathers. The first is a seasoned globetrotter in search of authentic city experiences. The second a spirited Amsterdam guide who knows his hometown’s hidden gems and scenic routes like the back of his hand. Upon meeting, it was a clear match, and a lifelong friendship was born. However, they both realised that establishing similar connections when visiting new places would prove mighty challenging. From this realisation, they created Aroundfriends: a platform bringing together international travelers with passionate, personality-matched guides for a truly one-of-a-kind city trip adventure.
